About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead our product management function and drive the development of a successful product portfolio.

Responsibilities

Oversee the sourcing and development of all new products, ensuring they meet high standards and are compliant with legal requirements.
Manage a team of product managers and be hands-on in bringing new products to market, while maintaining an extensive existing portfolio.
Ensure the product roadmap is delivered on time, meeting business objectives and customer needs.
Review existing products regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Take ownership of the full product launch process, ensuring all key teams meet deadlines for timely product launches.

Personal Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Significant experience in product development and management, including team leadership.
Proven track record of executing product strategy and product launches.
Ability to own product roadmaps and drive them forward effectively.

Package

This role offers a competitive salary between £60,000 - £80,000 DOE plus excellent benefits, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
