Remuneration Committee process (REMCO)

  • Benchmarking
  • Drafting of Committee papers and annual remuneration reports
  • UK corporate governance and the investor relations environment
  • Operation and design of short and longterm incentives, and allemployee share plans

Requirements for the role:

-
Technical Expertise: Thorough knowledge of executive remuneration principles and practices, as well as the corporate governance
-
Analytical skills: expert analytical and Excel skills required.

Excellent communications skills: both verbal and written, to ensure policy documents/procedures and communications to stakeholders and employees are clear and simple.

Organisation skills: Ability to manage calendar of activity and development of materials leading up to each Remuneration Committee meeting.

Business partnering: Ability to work with Reward leadership team to develop and review packages.
