This role will involve managing smaller projects with support.

As the team is still growing, you will be wearing many hats as a key person in the team, you will be the heart of the business and the link between the customers and the business.

We are seeking someone with confidence who can talk to customers and understands business infrastructure.


This role may involve travelling when the company has events or meeting with clients, both in the UK and International.

Majority of the time will remain in London, office based due to the nature of the role and size of team, some working from home will be authorised at 1 day per week.


The role will involve:

  • Supporting the MD in daytoday management of the business, policies, accounts, reports, audits (ISO), presentations (preps), events etc.
  • Managing the customer pipeline via Salesforce by maintaining existing clients and registering new, updating the salesforce platform on a regular basis and extracting reports to feed into the weekly project dashboard.
  • Maintain logistics and inventory, update product pricing quarterly.
  • You will be presenting to new clients, identifying their needs, and passing this to the technical function as a new project to take over with a summary of your findings.
  • Customer Account management, ensuring client orders have been received, dispatched and invoiced accordingly, followed up with feedback surveys. Continuous engagement with existing customers to ensure customer retention.
  • Preparing budget, tracking spends, invoicing and accounts management via Quickbooks.
  • Preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes, following up actions to ensure completion of tasks from everyone.
  • Point of contact for HR related queries, ensuring all HR policies and documents are up to date, uploaded and published and managed the document tracker.
  • Creating content for the company social pages, uploading, and updating regularly.
  • Opportunities to manage projects

Skills Required:

  • Degree in Business (Desired)
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar environment
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • The ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload
  • Cando attitude and ability to work in fastpaced and everchanging environment
  • The ability to work with strong attention to detail
  • Levelheaded and problem solver
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Down to earth but professional
  • Use of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential and PowerPoint is desirable.
  • Ability to learn quickly the various systems
  • Punctual, organised and professional
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK and Internationally when required.

Benefits:
