A growing, thriving department needs a dynamic head to help navigate it through the ever-shifting waters of partner content. It's a varied, strategic and results-driven marketing role, suited to a senior marketer looking for the next challenge.

Haymarket Business Media's branded content division, Content Labs, is hiring a head of marketing to cover maternity leave.


Working on HBM's leading B2B brands - including Campaign, PRWeek and Management Today - this role oversees the delivery of commercial content targets.

It works closely with the head of branded content, a phalanx of content and project managers and has its own team of marketers.


Alongside the day-to-day delivery, there's also the opportunity to have strategic input into fresh approaches for both Content Labs and its new parent division Audience Labs.


_ What's involved _

  • You head the marketing of commercial content for Haymarket Business Media's magazine / brand portfolio
  • Working closely with PMs, sales and content teams to come up with creative solutions to meet client briefs and objectives
  • You run a marketing team focussed on efficient, compliant delivery of commercial goals
  • You work closely with sales to assess deliverability, manage risk and advise on yield during pitches
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns to deliver our clients' campaigns whether it's eyeballs on an online advertorial, generating leads for a webinar or getting (virtual) bums on seats for a breakfast briefing event
  • You work with internal marketing and data departments making sure we continue safe, compliant and streamlined processes
  • You have the opportunity to question, iterate and optimise processes
  • Where necessary, you work with clients to keep communications clear and smooth
  • You're happy working with freelancers, technical teams and suppliers
  • You'll contribute innovative ideas to improve and grow our portfolio
