We have a fantastic opportunity for a
Clinical Services Manager.

This client are going through HUGE growth plans in 2023 / 2024 doubling headcount next year


Our Client are the only company in the UK delivering physical and virtual services to the NHS and Private Healthcare, end to end from primary care to secondary care.

We are the exclusive partner to AXA Health for virtual services in MSK and Dermatology.


NHS services include:
data validation, pre-operative assessment, outpatient services, diagnostics, surgical procedures (day case and inpatient) and follow-up (including PIFU). NHS services are mainly delivered on site (insourcing) with a national project onoutpatient transformation ongoing to migrate as much as possible to virtual services


Main responsibilities

  • Own and lead on CQC registration, possibly acting in the capacity as Registered Manager
  • Own and lead on ISO9001, and be primary contact for external certification authorities
  • Custodian of development and maintenance of policies, procedures, processes in conjunction with stakeholders in the business (must be able to write themselves)
  • Conduct internal auditing within the business (ISO9k, CQC), including on client sites eg auditing weekend insourcing activities
  • Responsibility for quality/governance due diligence onboarding of supply chain partners / subcontractors
  • Oversight the quality delivery of clinical standards within the business (reporting to the CMO and Medical Advisory Board on such matters)
  • Producing the company annual Quality Account
  • Providing quality/governance input to the company quarterly governance meeting, quarterly MAB meetings and client meetings
  • Facilitate the delivery of agreed company quality objectives on behalf of the CEO/Board
  • Responsible for the development of the company Sharepoint system
  • Support CTO and IT team in maintaining and developing Information Governance standards (ISO27k, DTAC, DSPT, DPIA)
  • Provide an input to business tenders and proposals, covering matters specifically on corporate and clinical governance
  • Coordinate, develop and manage internal training programmes (and keep Staff Matrix up to date) relating to governance and quality
  • Responding to and managing client requests appertaining to quality and governance, including likes of annual security and operations resilience questionnaires from AXA
  • Acting as company Board's advocate to ensure KPI's are delivered and escalations in place for any services below requirements (working with MI/BI team to ensure appropriate flagging/escalations)
  • Managing direct and indirect teams


This is a fantastic opportunity for a
Clinical Services Manager to develop and grow with the business over the coming years of growth.

This is a remote role, home based with travel once a month for meetings.


Ideally you will have:


  • Delivering CQC and ISO9k registrations
  • Process mapping experience (using Visio or similar)
  • Managing clinical quality standards in a hospital / virtual service environment
  • Working with Consultants / Doctors on an equalfooting basis and an ability to ensure delivery to quality standards
  • Working in a Medical Advisory Board / Committee as the clinical representative is an advantage


Salary is DOE, thinking in the ball park of
£40,000 - £45,000 but does depend on experience so could be
£50,000.
