What you'll do and be part of?


You will report to Edward, our Performance Analyst Manager, and own the development and delivery of a new suite of reporting across all operational and support areas of the business, building a foundation of reporting from Resource Planning centric data, and building in existing operational metrics as required.

You will work closely with the Resource Planning team to understand the calculation of key metrics, while documenting these for context for the wider MI team.

You will use your project management skills to gather requirements from your key stakeholders translating these into deliverables and creating a plan for the building, validation, testing and roll-out of the reporting suite.

You will work with a range of tools, predominantly Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint, to produce complex but easy to understand dashboards and reports.

You will be self-motivated and driven to achieve your goals and deliverables, working on your own initiative, calling out where the delivery of outputs is at risk and proactively chasing to resolve any issues.

You will use your Data Analytics skills to suggest and produce insight from the suite of reports you've produced, to improve operational efficiency, highlight issues and areas for improvement and support maximising the best commercial output for Sigma and our Clients.


What will you bring?

  • You will have 2 years' experience in the capacity of a Performance Analyst or Data Analyst role
  • You will have 2 years' experience in or alongside a Resource Planning role
  • You will be an expert in gathering requirements, translating these into deliverables and creating a plan for the building, validation, testing and rollout of the reporting suite
  • You will ideally have Project Management experience and have exposure to the BPO environment
  • You have SQL and Power BI experience which is considered to be highly beneficial
  • You have effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • You are competent in the use of Microsoft Office
  • You are confident with presenting to Senior Management
  • You have experience running workshops and working with business stakeholders to devise appropriate reporting and dashboard formats
  • You have experience working closely with key operational stakeholders to understand the wider business objectives and how quality data solutions can make a positive impact.
