Role Description

Lotus is seeking an enthusiastic product and brand ambassador to join our growing sales team based at our UK headquarters in Central London.

This role will report into the Online Sales Manager, where through possessing excellent customer service and communication skills, you will help inspire consumers to choose a new Lotus.

Key Duties:

Build rapport with consumers through friendly and engaging communication
Process enquiries correctly on the CRM system (Salesforce) to enable future followup
Appropriately upsell consumers, including the sale of Value-Added Products (VAP) by outlining benefits to consumers
Responsible for handling all thirdparty leads, including Carwow and AutoTrader leads Liaise with our agents (Lotus dealer network) to ensure a seamless omnichannel consumer journey
Key Experience:
Have experience within a sales role
Have excellent customer service skills
Thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic sales environment with a cando attitude
Be an outstanding communicator with impeccable spelling and grammar
Be outgoing, friendly and professional, with a commitment to adhering to process and procedure
Possess a good understanding of the various automotive finance products offered in the UK (PCP, PCH, HP)
Be flexible around working hours (see below)

Please note that this role will involve flexible shift patterns whereby there will be an expectation for the Online Sales team to respond to enquires in the evening and during the weekend on a rota basis
