Electrical Supervisor


My client who are a global market leading Machine build business are currently seeking an ambitious Electrical Supervisor to join their growing team.

The Electrical Supervisor will be covering day to day workshop operations and managing their UK ServiceEngineer team.

The main job role will be overseeing the electrical fitting team servicing, installing, building, and undertaking preventative maintenance work on my client's range of World Class Machinery and associated equipment.


Key Skills & Attributes - Electrical Supervisor

  • Ability to supervise, coach and schedule electrical tasks for service engineers and electrical fitters in line with production deadlines and regulations
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in maintaining and repairing purposebuilt machinery
  • Experienced within Team Leading and Leadership capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of Electrical drawings and systems
  • An understanding of wiring assembly and control panels
  • An understanding of working towards electrical and health & safety regulations
  • Qualified to HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering
  • Holds 17th or 18th Edition in Wiring Regulation qualifications
  • Ability to diagnose faults and make recommendations of improvements
  • An understanding of PLC Control systems would be advantageous
  • Ability to work alone and under pressure
  • Ability to communicate in all situations at all levels of an organization
  • Full UK driving licence
