Broadway Events are looking for a Data & Digital Assistant to become an integral part of our vibrant team.


We are in search for someone who is a strategic thinker, who can help and advise the team on how to get the best from their data and bring ideas on how to grow data for the events.

Your role will involve driving data-informed decision-making processes. Adaptability is key as you navigate through evolving to-do lists.


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Innovation:


  • Researching and evaluating technologies to streamline workflows and enhance systems
  • Identifying innovative digital tools for optimising marketing and sales strategies
  • Use Google Analytics to analyse data for marketing reports
  • Conduct research to enhance the SEO performance of the different events websites

Data:


  • Extracting and organising data from various thirdparty platforms into Excel
  • Data cleaning and deduplicating processes
  • Proficiently utilising Pivot tables, Vlookups and comparing data across spreadsheets
  • Filtering, reporting and data analysis
  • Uploading data to CRM and marketing platforms accurately
  • Documenting and updating processes to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Handling data input for returns and managing unsubscribe requests effectively

IT:


  • Collaborating with external IT partners to facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
  • Addressing internal IT and phone system issues promptly by coordinating with external IT support
  • Assisting in the implementation of new software and updates to enhance operational efficiency

Team Integration

  • Working closely with team members to retrieve, cleanse, and analyse data as needed
  • Providing comprehensive support to team members on data management, Excel, IT, CRM, and other related queries or challenges
  • Sharing valuable insights and recommendations with the team to foster continuous improvement
  • Participating in onsite event support as required throughout the year

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Proficiency in Excel with a strong track record
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated innovation, strategic thinking, and creative problemsolving skills

Hours: 37.5 hours per week: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm


Pay:
£24,000.00 per year
