Description

Being responsible to the Finance Manager in the first instance.

Payroll

  • Processing payroll on a fortnightly, 4 weekly and monthly basis for over 100 people
  • Dealing with SSP, SMP, SPP and other payments.
  • Dealing with employee and HMRC queries
  • Ensuring RTI submission and processed on time and accurately
  • Dealing with autoenrollment pensions
  • Reconciling PAYE
  • Processing End of Year payroll
  • Court Orders

Purchase Ledger

  • Processing, Coding & Posting of Supplier Invoices 1000 a month
  • Preparing for Payment Runs
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Expenses
  • Credit card statement

General

  • Answering the telephone
  • Answering the door
  • Dealing with visitors
  • General clerical duties
  • Adhoc duties

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 3 years payroll experience
  • A minimum of 2 years purchase ledger experience
  • SAGE, Excel, Word
  • Payroll for over 100 employees
  • Processing 1000 invoices
  • Excel high level
  • You must be able to work in a team or independently and have the ability to multitask while meeting deadlines
  • Have good communication skills

Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
