THE ROLE

Due to continued success, this agency are looking for a Scenic Production Manager to deliver creatively challenging and inspiring scenic solutions for clients.

Working closely with the wider production team, as the Scenic Production Manager you will be managing the on-site carpentry, staging and scenic elements on events and exhibitions, delegating work to those you are responsible for and ensuring timelines and objectivesare met.


Key skills:

  • Taking the brief from client or Head of Production
  • Being part of the initial pitch meeting
  • Creating fully detailed CAD construction drawings
  • Site visits and venue liaison
  • Supplier selection and management
  • Working with inhouse teams (technical, event, creative, print, digital)
  • Booking and scheduling freelance crew
  • Costing and budget management
  • Onsite support and management including rig and derig when necessary
  • Creating fully detailed CAD construction drawings

THE CANDIDATE
You will have experience of using AutoCAD, Vectorworks and Sketchup drawing packages with a proven track record in design realisation
