My client is looking to recruit a Finance and Administration Coordinator to support the Finance and Administration Manager in their work and specifically to produce customer invoices and prepare expense claims.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Production of customer invoices in line with company invoicing procedures in a timely manner
  • Management of customer purchase orders
  • Reconciling supplier statements and preparing supplier invoices for payment in line with credit terms
  • Preparing and checking employee and contractor expense claims in line with company policy, ready for authorisation and payment
  • Reconciliation of paperwork for quarterly VAT returns
  • Coordinating stationery and catering requirements and placing orders with suppliers as necessary
  • Use and understand requirements of customer payment portals
  • Preparing monthly customer statements
  • Entry of required payments into bank account system on line ready for approval
  • Support with answering internal and external calls, helping callers where possible and redirecting them or taking messages as appropriate
  • Deputising for the Finance and Administration Manager in their absence
  • Supporting other Finance and Administration team members when required
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm


In return, you will be given a basic salary starting from £25k with 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), free parking on site and pension contribution.
