    Job Description

    • Oversee tax due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
    • Identify tax opportunities in M&A transactions.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient transactions.
    • Advise clients on tax implications of potential deals.
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation.
    • Provide tax planning advice to clients.
    • Develop junior staff through mentoring and training.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful M&A Tax Manager should have:

    • Proven experience in a professional services environment.
    • Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions.
    • Excellent skills in tax planning and compliance.
    • Strong ability to manage and mitigate tax risks.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
    • Excellent communication and client management skills.
