Office Coordinator opportunity
You will take a proactive approach to building relationships with all staff and suppliers.

You will be highly organised and be driven to deliver quality work, taking pride in what you do and enjoy supporting and helping others achieve their objectives.

This role is integral to the smooth running of the business. You will represent Gloster MEP with a clear and professional communication style.

With the willingness to take ownership and responsibility for your workload, you will have the ability to focus on key objectives.

You will manage your time while efficiently and effectively supporting the business in achieving its activities.


Job Purpose


To organise and coordinate office activities, providing administrative support to all directors and departments, whilst maintaining the smooth running of the office.


  • Maintain an organised and efficient office environment by implementing and improving administrative procedures.
  • Responsible for all Health and Safety aspects within the office, by taking a lead role in Health and Safety administration for the Operations team and assisting with site administration, for example, site setup's.
  • Assist and support during audits and accreditations.
  • Provide administrative support to all departments, in particular, Directors, and Operations as and when required.
  • Coordinate IT equipment and PPE allocation.
  • Provide professional Reception duties.
  • Responsible for managing and updating our website and social media channels and assisting with various marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Organise and act as the primary point of contact for all events, sponsors, and attendees, addressing enquiries and ensuring a positive event experience.

Requirements:


  • A proficient user of all Microsoft Office packages, in particular Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of audit/ accreditation requirements would be preferred but not essential.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
