Mon-Fri, some Saturdays involved.

Good communication, customer service skills and Good knowledge of English.


Duties include:

  • Fire evacuation
  • Guarding main doors
  • Receiving customers asking them about appointments, marking them on the paper sheet, guiding them to the correct desk.
  • Securing office internal doors so that no customer enters wrong or prohibited area.
  • Observing customers activities
