Description
Hours of work would be Monday to Thursday 8.00am -16:30pm Friday 8.00am -15:15pm will move on to shifts once fully trained.
Responsibilities:
- Encourage and Manage Change for business growth
- Experience of delivering KPI's
- Experience in Lean production and implementing 5s
- Improving productivity
- People management
- Carrying out performance reviews
- Planning, scheduling, resource and cost
- Achieving targets and hitting KPIs
- Inspiring great performance
