Ltd Job Description-Repairs Contract Supervisor
Job Title:
Repairs Contracts Supervisor - Roofer/Slaters / Tilers and/or Flat Felt / Liquid Systems

Reports To:
Technical Officer


Job Overview:

Innercity Roofing (Yorkshire) Ltd is a Leeds/Garforth based company, dedicated to providing the highest standard of roofing repair, maintenance and full re-roofing supervision.

We have a number of projects mainly in Leeds/Yorkshire area that require experienced supervision & sign off completed works against the clients remit for re: pitched & flat felt roofing systems, for immediate start.

We carry out all aspects of roofing works and repairs.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Staff Supervision
  • Signing off completed works
  • Administrative computer skills & duties
  • Distribution of work tasks to roofing team
  • General cover & administrative adhoc duties, when required to assist current office staff
  • Health & Safety Compliancy
  • Stock & Stores monitoring, including PPE
  • Motor Vehicle daily inspections

Essential Skills and Experience:
You will have experience of working with Customer and Staff and be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills. The ability to use mobile technology such as iPad or PDA is essential. A current
'_CSCS'_ card and
_'Working at Heights'_is desirable, but not essential as training is offered.


This is a full-time role, working 40 Hours per week, with the opportunity to supplement your salary through call out and overtime when required.

A van, uniform and PPE will also be provided along with great benefits including 20 days (plus statutory bank-holiday's) paid annual leave.


Salary / Hours:

Salary to be discussed at interview

  • Monday to Friday (weekend work may be requested)
  • 7:30am to 5:00pm
  • 20 days plus Bank Holidays Annual Leave

Salary:
£36,400.00 per year
