Moiim is a family run authentic Korean Deli in the city centre of Liverpool.

We are a family run Korean Deli that opened in November 2021. Our food is 100% authentic Korean and our aim is to provide the best Korean food in the area.

Job description
We are looking to recruit a kitchen assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

The role involves following responsibilities:

Food preparation meat, vegetables and other ingredients used for food items.
Monitoring stock levels checking stocks, notifying head chef of items that are running low, ordering and checking delivery of ingredients.
Communication with kitchen team and with the front of house team about the orders
Processing food orders involves cooking/heating up food items in a timely manner.
Frying able to operate and use commercial fryer to fry food items
Occasional help to front team (servers) in busy periods with packing customers orders
Safety and Hygiene ensuring that the kitchen area and all its equipment are kept clean. Keep relevant records related to food safety and hygiene up to date.
Maintaining Kitchen cleaning kitchen, dishwashing, and keeping any equipment and appliances clean.

Motivated and willing to learn
Friendly and approachable
Reliable and can work within a team
Ability to use own initiative and contribute to ideas
