Customer Account Executive

Hours:9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

  • Free parking, excellent environment and up to 2 days a week remote


We are recruiting for a Customer Success Executive, an experienced account executive or account manager, to join a busy and growing company in the Shoreham area.


The Account Executive will:

  • Providing technical knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction following product installation
  • Arrange virtual or site visits with customers as well as host monthly training and webinars to the client base
  • Gain and maintain advanced knowledge of all products to enable you to sell additional products / boltons to existing customers
  • Educate clients on new product enhancements and relevant features to drive engagement
  • Upsell and promote other products within the portfolio to existing customers
This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.


The salary is up to £26,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits and up to 2 days a week remote working.
