Are you passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance and driving excellence in transaction reporting? We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the crucial role of Transaction Reporting Specialist within our esteemed organization.

As the Transaction Reporting Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our group-wide reporting efforts, ensuring adherence to key regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, MIFIR, and DTR across multiple jurisdictions.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for group wide transaction reporting
  • Applicable frameworks are EMIR (EU/UK), MIFIR (EU/UK) and DTR(AU)
  • Review and validate internal data required for reporting purposes
  • Successful submission of relevant data
  • Troubleshooting and error investigation
  • Regular reconciliations between internal and external data sets
  • Daytoday communication with service providers on submissions progress
  • Monitor and evaluate regulatory framework changes
  • Provide guidelines to the IT teams for proper implementation of processes
  • Provide guidelines for automation of flows

Requirements:


  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented and highly organised
  • Strong understanding of trading operations, financial markets, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Experience in transaction reporting within an EU/UK broker
  • Data analysis skills
  • Fluent with data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel, SQL,Python)
