Senior Activities Team Leader
**40 hours per week working weekdays

Up to £34k per annum plus car allowance

Based at Colten House in Ringwood (BH24 3FE) with regular travel across our portfolio of care homes in Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire & West Sussex**
Introduction


As one of three Senior Companionship Team Leaders, your central role involves inspiring and leading Companionship teams across multiple homes.

Ensuring teams are supported to deliver meaningful activities aligned with the company's strategy and our philosophy of care "All About Me".

As a role model for the companionship team your focus extends to developing the skills of the Companion Team Leaders to deliver effective team
leadership. Additionally, you'll provide hands-on support as needed. Conducting monthly support visits, you will engage with the Companionship team, Home Manager, and residents. Collaborating with the Home Manager, you will contribute to screening,
shortlisting, and interviewing new Team Leaders and Companions.

You will also play a key role in planning minibus rosters, ensuring a varied programme of resident-led activities within a set budget.
