About the role and our team
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Department of Health and Social Care for an experienced Deputy Head to join our Registration and Inspection Team
In this key role, you will support our team through a period of change and growth whilst we move to regulate all health and social care provision here in the Isle of Man.
You will be responsible for the direct operational management of inspectors and administrative personnel and will assist the Head of Registration and Inspection to co-ordinate and support the activities of a team of Regulatory Inspectors covering the Registration, Inspection, Monitoring and Enforcement Functions for Adult and Children's Health and Social Care Services.
We are seeking a passionate and hardworking individual with strong leadership skills, who has the ability to engage and work cooperatively with staff at all levels and has a strong focus on delivering results and achieving goals.
