Motor Trade Service Advisor required for Prestige Car Dealership in Slough
Full time, permanent role
Salary up to £30k Basic + Bonus.

Working hours Monday

Friday 8am6pm with Saturday mornings on rota.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to all customers, maximising referrals and returning customers.

The role involves greeting customers into the Service Department for Service / MOT of their vehicle, liaising between customers and the workshop, updating the customer in relation to any additional work required and arranging collection/ delivery of the car.

This can be a very demanding environment, and will suit someone naturally positive and up-beat who is truly focused on making sure the customer receives the best service possible.

Requirements:

Experience within a Car Dealer Aftersales department - ideally Service Advisor, but would consider a Service Admin or Bookings Advisor interested in moving into a customer-facing Advisor role;
Experience working in a fast paced and target driven environment.

Computer literate;
Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.

Experience within a Prestige Vehicle Dealership would be beneficial but not essential.
