    Description

    About the Role

    The Estimator will be responsible for handling client interactions pre and post sales, collaborating with team members on work-winning projects, and providing cost advice to deliver high-quality tender submissions. This role involves estimating and commercial activities throughout the tendering process, ensuring a smooth transition from work winning to project delivery.

    Requirements

    1. 5+ years of experience working with Groundwork / RC Frame sub-contractors.
    2. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
    3. Proven track record of securing RC Frame and Groundwork packages worth up to £30m.
    4. Familiarity with various contract types.
    5. Bachelor's degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

    Benefits

    A salary range of £100,000 - £140,000 per annum via limited company, with additional bonuses for successful project wins.
