Please note this is a hybrid role with the expectation you will be in the office 1 day per week (Irlam, Telford, Milton Keynes or London), with occasional travel to other sites.

£55,000 depending on experience_.

How can you change it up?


As our Reward Partner, you will have the opportunity to support our HR leaders and Business Partners with all things Employee Benefits and Recognition.

You will take responsibility for ensuring we are compliant with legal requirements and ensure we communicate our Rewards effectively.

Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:


  • Supporting the business with Recognition programmes, including process improvements in order to streamline and improve efficiencies
  • Provide support across all aspects of Reward including compensation design and implementation, employee benefits management and recognition programmes
  • Providing expert advice to the business relating to reward activities such as annual salary review, bonus, job evaluation and market benchmarking
  • Be accountable for continual review of the benefits provision, providing market insight into current trends and making proposals for the implementation of new benefits or adaptations to existing plans to ensure competitiveness and value

What will you bring to the role?
Are you passionate about HR and Employee Benefits Programmes? This one is for you.

You will bring some of the below to CityFibre with you:


  • Previous experience in running the delivery of Reward cyclical activities and creating new programmes
  • Engagement and management of external provider relationships
  • Stakeholder engagement and management in a Business Partner capacity
  • Experience and knowledge of job evaluation processes, specifically Hay/Korn Ferry or Willis Towers Watson
