About Our Client:
An award-winning Food grade packaging manufacturer that prides itself on first-rate quality standards in everything they do. They have a stringent quality management programme that has enabled us to consistently deliver quality products to our customers.
- Daily processing of customer sales invoices.
- Checking all customer pricing is correct and up to date in Financial system prior to invoicing.
- Liaising with sales & customer service teams to ensure all relevant information is in place.
- Following up with customers on any payment queries.
- Supporting with the raising and issuing of customer credit notes.
- Sending out statements of accounts to customers.
- Financial analysis for business reporting purposes.
- General filing and administration.
- Holiday and sickness cover for Purchase Ledger.
- Any other duties requested by Credit Controller.
The Successful Applicant:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Office skills (including Excel)
- Prior experience of working in a sales ledger role.
- Accounts/finance experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 operating system.
