About Our Client:

An award-winning Food grade packaging manufacturer that prides itself on first-rate quality standards in everything they do. They have a stringent quality management programme that has enabled us to consistently deliver quality products to our customers.

  • Daily processing of customer sales invoices.
  • Checking all customer pricing is correct and up to date in Financial system prior to invoicing.
  • Liaising with sales & customer service teams to ensure all relevant information is in place.
  • Following up with customers on any payment queries.
  • Supporting with the raising and issuing of customer credit notes.
  • Sending out statements of accounts to customers.
  • Financial analysis for business reporting purposes.
  • General filing and administration.
  • Holiday and sickness cover for Purchase Ledger.
  • Any other duties requested by Credit Controller.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office skills (including Excel)
  • Prior experience of working in a sales ledger role.
  • Accounts/finance experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 operating system.
