Our Client


Our client is a London based, B2B Software company who were originally founded as a consultancy business, who have now pivoted to an employee engagement and cultural development SaaS platform.

Their offering is focused to the Enterprise market, and theircurrent customer base is full of customers who are at least 2000 employees.

They have significant plans for growth across Europe and further afield internationally with a real focus on the US markets, and they're now ready to hire their first Sales EnablementManager.


What You'll Get


The Sales Enablement Manager will be based ideally in the South East of England and will be expected to be based from their London office twice per fortnight, with flexible WFH the rest of the time.

Salary wise you can expect a package of between £40-50kp/a (negotiable for the right person), plus really great benefits


What You'll Do
As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will design, develop, implement and maintain their entire Sales Enablement program.

You will sit within the marketing team, reporting to their CMO, and will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to developprocesses, marketing content and collateral which will ensure that all teams are aligned in their messaging.

You will also be responsible for creating a sales collateral playbook. There is no outbound sales function within this business, their success so farhas been through a targeted inbound strategy, so their Marketing team is really the central point of the business


What You'll Need
A suitable Sales Enablement Manager will have 2+ years' marketing experience ideally within a high growth SaaS business.

This person will have excellent stakeholder management skills, will take a methodical approach to their work, and have high emotionalintelligence.
