An opportunity has arisen to join the hospital management team as a Personal Assistant to the Directors, this is a varied and interesting role, you will need to be self-motivated with a professional and positive attitude at all times.


The successful post holder will provide efficient and effective high quality personal assistant service to the Service Group Directors, and will be the first point of contact to the Service groups senior team, this requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.

Organising and planning daily schedules, dealing with sensitive and confidential information appropriately and utilising diplomacy at all times. It is essential that you can manage your own workload, planning and prioritising various demands whilst still meeting deadlines.

Assist the senior team in efficient workload management.

Arrange meetings, prepare minutes and agendas.

Maintain electronic filing systems.

Various administrative duties as required.
