Salary:

£22,444 - £24,776 per annum

Full-time:
36.25 hours per week (Part time working requests will be considered)

Working together to make things better
:

The role will specifically target people that are identified as socially isolated through the development of a range of partner relationships and referral pathways.

The role is a critical function in supporting people to access volunteering that will benefit their personal development.

We are looking for an individual that is excited by the idea of working with communities at a grass roots level - and who has the skills and expertise to help them achieve transformational change.

Applicants must be dynamic and creative and will be required to engage and support local people in an effective and collaborative way.

This role requires a clear DBS check.
