As a result of our continued expansion another excellent opportunity has arisen to join our Finance team in our Head office in Bournemouth.


The Property Franchise Group PLC is listed on the AIM market and is the largest residential property franchisor in the UK with a network of almost 600 franchised lettings and estate agency offices, operating under 9 brands.

It has expanded rapidly over recent years and has ambitions to grow further.

The role will be varied, and is likely to involve working across our different brands, so a flexible approach and a willingness to get involved in different areas will be essential


Some areas may include:

  • Purchase ledger: entering invoices and producing payment runs
  • Sales ledger: processing transactions and sending for direct debit payments
  • Bank: entering and / or matching bank transactions
  • Credit control: sending out statements, writing letters, making phone calls and escalating issues
  • Assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts including posting journals as required
  • Being involved in systems migration work as we plan to move accounting systems in 2023

Skills required:

  • AAT qualified/studier or higher, qualified by experience or graduate considered
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and numeracy
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office systems, Sage experience desirable
  • Selfmotivation with a 'can do' attitude
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional, positive, organised and enthusiastic approach

£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
