About The Opportunity:


Primary Duties:


  • Provide extensive and complex diary management across multiple global time zones
  • Prioritising constantly changing demands from various internal and external sources tactfully and timely.
  • Inbox management and preparation of external and internal correspondence
  • Screen incoming call; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring calls to the appropriate stakeholder
  • To be involved in the coordination of sensitive information and documents, reports and analysis
  • Coordination of meetings and events, assistance with setting agendas, and taking minutes to capture and follow up actions
  • Preparation of presentation and decks
  • Complete research tasks and some reporting, as required
  • Maintain internal databases
  • Use of systems for the timely submission of expense claims, payment of invoices and timesheets.
  • Arrange and manage international travel itineraries and logistics, including compilation of meeting itineraries, agendas and related documentation for all travel, including organising any licences or visas, as required
  • Assist with internal and external hospitality events including managing invites and attendance lists along with arranging venues and catering.
  • Collaborate with the other Executive Assitants across FTI and the wider corporate support teams, as required.
  • Ad hoc project management

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of executive level support

Preferred Skills:


  • Creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations
  • Ability to discern and communicate with the highest level diplomacy, to key external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to persuade and build consensus and cooperation.
  • Commitment to excellence and service focus dedicated to meeting the expectations of the Chairman and his vision
  • Ability to work under time pressure and with flexibility.
  • Top level attention to detail, organisational and logístical skills.
  • Ability to handle high level confidential issues sensitively.
  • Experience with client interface and understanding of client relationship, with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience of working with a professional services environment advantageous.
