Description

Walls Truck Services Ltd are looking to employ a Relief Backup Breakdown Recovery Controller to work alongside our Lead Controllers on a day to day basis in our 24 Hour Control Centre based in Newport.

The Hours required would be a 1pm - 10pm Shift operating on a 5on/3off shift pattern.

You must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure


Duties and Skills Required
Previous Dispatch/Controller Experience

Good Telephone Manner

Handling Inbound and Outbound calls for a wide variety of customers

Allocating the correct resources to the Job

Manage Customers Expectations

Frontline Support for our technicians and Drivers on the Road

Take Control of Situations and Make decisions in a fast and effective manner


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.00 per hour
