37 Hours Monday to Friday, term time only plus 15 additional days


As a DSL you will take lead responsibility for all safeguarding and child protection, including online safety, across the school.

Working with the Senior Leadership Team and the Wider Safeguarding Team you will be responsible for the management of the school's Child Protection Online Management System (CPOMS).

You will take part in strategy discussions and inter-agency meetings and contribute to the assessment of children and young people.

You will ensure that the academy's work in safeguarding children and young people is of the highest quality by making sure all policies, protocols and staff training are relevant and up-to-date
