Title:
Supply Chain Planner - Temporary position

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay Rate:
£ £21.97 per hour, depending on experience

Start Date: 3rd January 2023 for minimum 3 months

Location:
Bracknell, hyrbid working (up to 3 days from home)

Our client based in Bracknell are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to support their team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities will include, however are not limited:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations for a portfolio of products
Regularly liaising internally with different departments, and externally with third party manufacturers and logistics providers
Creating and managing the Master Production Schedule for all purchased materials, components, and finished goods
Managing inventory within budgeted levels whilst ensuring customer and supplier service levels are satisfied across all brands
Ensuring maintenance of COGS, safety stock / time parameters, lead times, MOQ's etc
Liaising with thirdparty manufacturers and logistics providers to ensure all ERP system transactions operate smoothly
Providing demand forecasts to suppliers, placing new purchase orders, and managing overdue and cancellation messages
Building strong working relationships with existing suppliers

What we are looking for:

Great understanding and experience within Supply Chain principles
Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
IT confident, specifically within Excel
Knowledge and experience using ERP systems; SAP and Demantra knowledge advantageous
FMCG knowledge would be advantageous
