As an integral part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients in a theatre setting.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the surgical team to provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Assist in preparing the operating theatre, ensuring it is clean, wellstocked, and equipped for procedures.
Support patients' preoperative and postoperative needs, including assisting with hygiene, positioning, and monitoring vital signs.
Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and their families, addressing any concerns and providing reassurance.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, interventions, and observations.
Always adhere to infection control protocols and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Healthcare Assistant with a focus on Theatres.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the surgical team.
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fastpaced theatre environment.
Understanding of infection control practices and health and safety protocols.
