Patient Administrator
ONSITE ROLE

- Harmonic Medical Sonography is a small to medium enterprise providing ultrasound services across the UK_.
The role will involve:
- customer service to a large demographic.
- scheduling clinic diaries and communicating with sonography practitioners.
- triaging referrals for processing.
- booking patient appointments and giving patients required preparation instructions.
- create PDF-based clinical report templates.
- distributing clinic reports to relevant GP Practices.
- processing and sending diagnostic imaging files.
- compiling monthly activity reports.
- any other related duties assigned by the Lead Administrator and Business Operations Director.
Full training will be provided so experience is desirable but not essential.
