Description

Ring and Ride provides a door to door accessible transport service for people in Greater Manchester who are unable to use ordinary public transport.

As a Control Supervisor you will be in radio contact with our drivers in order to provide a safe, efficient and cost effective Ring and Ride service.

You will establish and maintain good communication with drivers, passengers and third parties.


You must be highly motivated, with excellent verbal communication and decision making skills and have the ability to resolve operational matters promptly and cost effectively.

Previous experience of booking, scheduling and dispatch systems is desirable but full training will be provided.

You will be working shifts 5 over 7 days, Monday to Sunday.


You will receive:
33 days holiday including bank holidays

Sick pay


Salary:
£21,606.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Manchester, M1 3LD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
