KM4HRare partnering with a grow energy/tech brand, looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a 6-9 month ftc.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for developing the company recruitment targets.

You will be continually looking at ways to encourage and build a winning culture and will also be involved with the attraction and retention effortsfor the entire talent drive.

This role will be hybrid, 2 days in the office.

Key responsibilities;

Working closely with senior stakeholders, the wider management teams & the HR team to determine future hires throughout the business
Identifying opportunities for growth or areas of risk and plan accordingly
Proactively promote the brand to attract talent using a variety of different methods; job boards, LinkedIn, social media and company networks
Lead on key projects including D&I
Management & delivery of the entire recruitment process
Manage PSL and agency working relationships, working with the procurement team, ensure that agency terms are kept up to date
Onboarding support for contractor and permanent hires

Experience required;

Previous tech based recruitment experience across all levels
Experience gained within team management/development
A proven track record in delivering internal recruitment solutions
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), databases and inhouse systems
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
