This is a truly outstanding opportunity for a successful Key Account manager or current Customer Success Manager who is used to managing a portfolio of key client relationships with charitable donors.
You will act as the mainpoint of contact, providing world-class customer service and genuine consultative support to donating organisations. This is a fabulous, challenging and exciting position in the fast-changing tech field but within the non-profit area. This is a cutting-edgeproduct and a leader in its sector.It is currently on a steep growth curve with a big agenda embracing significant marketing opportunities as there is increasing focus on philanthropy.
This company partners with organizations such as the World Wildlife Fundand also the companies that create the Marathons and other large scale participative events in order to raise money for charities that are large and small across the globe.
The role is 100% remote but you will need to meet your colleagues on a once a monthbasis in LondonLanguage :
Fluent French
Duties:
You will be working largely in English, but your French will need to be fluent to work with charities in France and Switzerland too.
- Nurture and manage a portfolio of charities and donors
- Acting as the first point of contact with charities, managing client expectations
- Upselling and cross selling of services that will help make fundraising more effective and enable better ROI
- Build strong, collaborative B2B longterm working relationships at executive level
- Communicate with donors and provide them with datadriven recommendations and with notforprofit industry best practices
- Assist B2C donors and B2B organisations with new technology solutions that will support their chosen charities in France, Switzerland and the UK
- Practively help the charities, event organisers and corporate teams achieve measurable fundraising success using technology as a support tool
- Work in harmony with internal teams on monthly fundraising deliverables.
- Keep up to date on the Charity, philanthropy and notfor profit industry trends
- Stay in constant close contact with clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent FRENCH
- Degree educated
- Previous B2B experience
- A background in the charitable or nonprofit sector
