Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Analytics)

Up to £52,000 - £57,000

Office based in London (Hybrid and fully remote and flexible working all available)

Diverse Talent Search is working with one of the UK's largest and most well-respected charities to recruit a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity to the growing Analytics team.

As a Senior BI Analyst, you will play an integral role in converting data of online customer behaviors into analytics for senior business stakeholders and the insights and performance teams.

Other responsibilities will include:

Work with the Business Intelligence Manager and colleagues in I&P key business intelligence areas, prioritising effort where potential return and impact is greatest.
Align, synthesise and augment performance analytics from multiple data, evidence, research and feedback sources,
Manage the day to day relationships with external business intelligence agencies
Manage the development and delivery of business intelligence and reporting analytics projects
Ensure that all business intelligence is uploaded into central repositories
Ensure that information governance and security are considered appropriately
Manage 1 other team memeber (Analyst)

Key Skills & Experience:

Programming skills; including experience with SQL and Python

Analytical skills

Google Analytics
Supplier management
Business Intelligence
Senior Stakeholder Management
Understanding and knowledge of the structure of databases
Ability to utilise strong data management or data standards concepts for efficient data mapping and curation
