L500 rated commercial firm is looking to recruit an employment associate for their St Albans office.

With 5+ years' PQE, you will join a highly regarded and supportive department.

You will advise on the full spectrum of employment matters including unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, settlement agreements, redundancy, discrimination and all disciplinary and grievance issues for respondents.

In addition, you will be involved in business development and networking. You must be able to demonstrate self
- motivation, commercial awareness and excellent technical ability.
