Description

As a Receptionist, you will be supporting with:

  • Incoming calls
  • Insurance referrals
  • Bookings
  • Checking vehicles in and out
  • Planning courtesy car allocations
  • Communicate with insurance companies and customers regarding repair updates
  • Updating bodyshop management systems, maintaining accurate records of repairs, estimates, and customer interactions

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
  • Strong clerical and administrative skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Accurate data entry and organizational abilities
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately

Salary:
£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
