Description
Required for a busy nursing home in Pudsey. Daily, weekly and monthly checks. Day to day repairs. Liaising with outside contractors to ensure safety of equipment.Decorating ,fire alarm weekly checks Working closely with the home manager and weekly meetings to ensure all outstanding jobs are complete.
To maintain the building to current legislation.Experience is preferred due to the nature of the work. Must be reliable and able to use own initiative. Must understand health and safety regulations ensuring annual services are completed in a timely manner
The successful applicant would have a caring and understanding nature towards our clients.
A DBS will be required - Full Time 30-35 hours.
Salary:
£14.00-£14.50 per hour
