Recruitment Co-ordinator / Advisor
Full-time permanent role - circa £25k DOE

Location:
Hybrid - Home based with frequent meetings held in our Support Centre based in Northampton and the ad-hoc requirement to travel to practices in the UK.

As the two groups have recently joined we are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator / Advisor to join our growing team.

The Role

Working with Hiring Managers to escalate any aged vacancies
Data management of vacancy numbers and recruitment stats
Gatekeeper of employer brand, ATS adoption and robust selection across the business
Building relationships within an advisory capacity with people around the business

Skills & Experience

Recruitment experience ideally gained in volume roles where employer brand and selection are highly valued
Ability to provide recruitment advice offering suggestions and promote best practice
Brilliant at influencing employees at all levels to support your strategies
Time management and organisational skills
High level of enthusiastic professionalism
Solutions oriented
Willingness to embrace and embody the new culture and values the organisation is developing
Committed team player with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritise workload with high levels of drive and resilience.
