A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and accurate administrator to join a forward-thinking and dynamic law firm in the heart of Leeds.

As the business administrator you will be processing information which required a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, proof reading documents and working collaboratively with the wider organisation.

This position would suit a recent graduate looking to start a career in office-based administration.


Responsibilities of the Business Administrator:

  • Accurately input information and maintain the highest levels of accuracy at all times
  • Proof read documents
  • Process new starter and leaver documentation
  • Handle sensitive information in a professional and confidential way
  • Produce monthly reports for management
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times

The Business Administrator will have:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
