With Q3 expanding their services and through growth with our client, Q3 are excited to be looking to hire a building Support Co-ordinator to help with the day to day running of the reception area responsible for the cleaning of specific areas.
The main objectives will be to be the welcoming individual for any guests that enter our client's premises and ensure that stock and cleaning within the specific area is maintained in a timely and effective manner.
Main Duties
- Ensuring consumables are well stocked in the toilets throughout the working day.
- Emptying / Filling dishwashers to ensure area is organised and tidy for all to use.
- Ensuring photocopiers and printers are always stocked.
- Stock management for cleaning supplies, through collaboration with your peers on the site.
- Reception cover, as and when required to help and support contractors and visitors.
- Portering Duties, ensuring Meeting Rooms are set up as required throughout the day.
- Car park management issuing and managing parking permits.
- Directing / Escorting visitors as and when required.
- Escorting Contractors and guests around the site in a professional and courteous manner.
- Be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of your designated area and for maintaining high and consistent standards, this includes:
- _Vacuuming_
- _Mopping_
- _Scrubbing_
- _Buffing_
- _Disposing of waste_
- Take initiative to perform cleaning and tidying tasks that are not specifically contained within the rota but require attention as part of maintaining overall high standards.
- Ensure Health & Safety, quality and general procedure compliance
- Work as part of a team and support other members of the cleaning team to meet standards and clients objectives
- Report any Health and Safety issues to the Regional Operations Manager.

Person Specification
- Some knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations as they relate to the operation of cleaning equipment and the dilution of cleaning materials

- Knowledge of COSSH and the safe use of chemicals

- Willingness to clean any area of the site as requested by the supervisor.

- Will need to be able to manage some heavy lifting
