Description

Neway is looking for a Leasehold Advisor to join our client based with Tower Hamlets Council.

This position is starting on the 29th of April, working 35 hours a week in an ongoing contract. Leasehold Advisor role delivering services to leaseholders with lease, service charge and major works enquiries.

Pay Rate is £22.13 p/h PAYE (equivalent to £28.94 umbrella)

You will be able to work from the office for at least 2 days a week (at Whitechapel Road) and you must have experience of dealing with leaseholder service charge enquiries

Skills Required:

Ability to deal with, often complex and major, telephone, personal and written enquiries/complaints.
Investigate, analyse and interpretative skills to comprehend and enforce the requirements of legislation and codes of practice and determine the most effective course of action to safeguard public health.
