Agriscope Ltd are specialists in lifting & handling solutions for the agriculture, construction & engineering sectors and are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team.
This is a permanent role due to ongoing growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliation & credit control.
- Receiving & processing invoices ensuring correct payment amounts & timing.
- Assisting sales team with invoice preparation, queries, payments, vehicle documentation & marketing.
- Assisting aftersales team with jobsheets, warranty processing & invoice preparation.
- Sending monthly customer statements & debt tracking.
- Checking timesheets & preparing monthly payroll.
- Updating customer & supplier accounts on computerbased accounts system.
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns.
- Assisting with general accounting.
- Building & maintaining good relations with customers, suppliers, and company staff.
- Answering telephone & customer enquiries.
Personal Specification:
- Minimum of 10yrs experience working in a similar role.
- Proficient with Word & Excel.
- Confident in chasing down & obtaining necessary information & implementing improvements.
- Good timemanagement skills & used to working independently on own initiative.
- High level of accuracy required with a good understanding of accounting procedures.

£13.00-£14.00 per hour
