Description
CMA is working with a long established charity to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a permanent, part-time basis.The role will sit as part of a team of 5 and provide essential financial administrative support to the team.
The role is offered on the basisof 27.5 hours a week, across either 4 or 5 days.What will the Accounts Administrator role involve?
- Raising sales invoices for the various income streams across the charity;
- Preparing the banking and updating the bank on a daily basis;
- Producing aged debtor reports;
- Assisting the wider finance team with adhoc duties and providing cover during holiday.
- Experience of working within an office environment, preferably as part of a finance team;
- Good IT skills including Excel (input and formulas);
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
