Marketing Loyalty Assistant

Through our Loyalty team, we focus on 'Knowing our customers better than anyone else' in order to drive business growth including sales, profit and share and also drive long term loyalty with the Nectar Loyalty Programme.
You'll be tasked with assisting the Loyalty Marketing team in driving registrations and regular participation through engaging marketing campaigns across key channels for the Sainsbury's Group brands.
As a Marketing Loyalty Assistant you'll:
- Work with the Loyalty Marketing Manager to develop and execute activity on the Loyalty annual plan.
- Create and update team trackers and reporting.
- Ability to spot opportunities and suggest new ideas that could further improve and refine the programme.
Work with all relevant agencies and internal teams to assist with briefing and executing plans, following the agreed processes and deadlines, delivering work to a high standard.
Ensure that creatives adhere to Brand Guidelines and are consistent across all channels.- Work with the Analytics team to understand requirements of campaigns including customer targeting, data selections and postcampaign analysis.
- Work with the Legal team to draft and signoff terms and conditions for campaigns.
- Support the loyalty team on any work in relation to the development of our loyalty strategy and adhoc projects as required.
- Assist the team in helping to manage campaign budgets.
Our CRM & Loyalty team would love to see:
- Knowledge of CRM & Loyalty marketing campaigns
- Experience of delivering marketing campaigns
- Strong creative and communication skills creative development, adhering to brand guidelines
- Attention to detail to ensure briefs and creatives are accurate
- An understanding of campaign measurement to be able to interpret results
- Good stakeholder and time management skills
- Organisation skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
- Project management skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Willingness, confidence and ability to take initiative
- Curiosity to understand the bigger picture
- Enthusiasm to develop and expand your knowledge
